            Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e),                                                                       
            Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature,                                                                      
            concerning House Bill No. 67, relating to a                                                                         
            mandatory exemption from municipal property taxes                                                                   
            for certain college property, to a mandatory                                                                        
            exemption from municipal property taxes for                                                                         
            residences of certain widows or widowers, and to                                                                    
            optional exemptions from municipal property taxes                                                                   
            for property of certain fraternal organizations and for
